How can I confirm that you have received my reservation?
Payment of the reservation: To formalize the reservation you must make a payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay (credit card). The rest of the amount will be paid on the day of arrival at the campsite.
Cancellations and changes (We do not have cancellation insurance)
* Low Season (Except Easter): With more than 7 days in advance of the arrival day, 100% refund of the reservation advance. Changes to the reservation are allowed, although subject to availability as well as changes in the rates and conditions of the new dates.
With less than 7 days, loss of 100%. NO changes are allowed.
* High Season (Easter and from June 15 to September 15): With more than 10 days in advance of the arrival day, 100% refund of the reservation advance. Changes to the reservation are allowed, although subject to availability as well as changes in the rates and conditions of the new dates.
With less than 10 days, 100% loss. NO changes are allowed.
Considering the current situation, your reservation may be modified or canceled, arising in this case, the right to a total or partial refund of any amount previously paid.
Can I reserve a specific number of accommodation or pitch?
The numbering of the accommodation or the pitch is assigned by the reservations department according to availability and internal organization. Although preferences can be indicated, these are neither guaranteed nor confirmed in advance, it will be subject to availability. Accommodations are neither guaranteed nor confirmed together.

4 or 5 people (counting children and babies) depending on the type of accommodation. VISITS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The established check-in time for the accommodations is at 5:00 p.m. Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival at the campsite (without confirmation before arrival).
The departure time is at 10.00 am. for accommodation. Late check out (late check out): ask for availability and rates upon arrival (from June 15 to September 15 NOT available).
In this current situation and depending on the influx of people, the use of services and facilities once your accommodation has been released may not be allowed.

Barbecues
The accommodations DO NOT include a barbecue, although it is possible to bring your own, as long as it works with charcoal and with approved tools for this purpose (always depending on the weather). In the area of accommodation type Safaris Shops and MOBIL HOME LUX are NOT authorized. It is forbidden to light any type of fire on the spot, as well as the use of firewood or wood to light barbecues.
Are there accessible accommodations for people with reduced mobility?
We do NOT have adapted accommodations.
Change of towels and sheets
Less than 7 nights are not changed. Stays of 7 or more nights, towel change every 3 days. Stays of 10 nights or more, change of sheets every 7 days.
Cleaning of accommodation
The campsite will request € 150 in cash at the entrance as a deposit, to cover possible damages at the exit of the clients. The accommodations must be returned in the same cleanliness conditions as on arrival, with clean kitchenware, garbage removed, empty refrigerator, sheets and towels deposited in the shower tray. Otherwise, a penalty of € 50 must be paid. No cleaning is done during the stay, possibility of hiring the final cleaning of the stay with a supplement of € 30

Is it possible to reserve a pitch for the whole season?
The campsite has special long-stay rates. Check with the reservations department.
Are pets Allowed?
We know that your best friend is very important to you but, for reasons of hygiene and safety in the accommodation of our campsite, pets are not allowed, except for guide and assistance dogs, presenting the official and obligatory supporting documentation.
You can always turn to reputable kindergartens in your area so that your pet is in good hands during your holidays.
However, one pet per plot is accepted (check rate). Breeds considered potentially dangerous that are included in the Generalitat de Catalunya list are NOT allowed: Tosa Inu, Fila Brasileiro, Dobermann, Rottweiler, Akita Inu, American Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, ... ( At the entrance, the pertinent documentation in order will be requested).
Do you have electricity and water?
Electrical connection: 5A to 220V. There is no water or drainage on the pitches. The campsite has drinking water supply sources spread throughout the campsite.
Is there shade on the plots?
Although all the plots are delimited by trees, in no case can shade be guaranteed.
What does the price of the plots include?
1 pitch + 1 car or motorcycle and 1 caravan / motorhome or 1 car or motorcycle and 1 tent.
Is it possible to rent refrigerators?
Yes, contact the reservations department to manage it.
Are there adapted bathrooms for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, in the community sanitary blocks.
Are there baby baths?
Yes, in the community sanitary blocks.
Can you receive visits?
Visitors are not allowed.
Can you come to spend a day at the campsite without staying?
You cannot enjoy the facilities without staying.
Is the restaurant at the campsite accessible?
If possible, always by reservation. Access to the restaurant does NOT include the enjoyment of the pool or other facilities. Parking subject to availability.
Where can I park the vehicle?
In the parking space corresponding to your bungalow and on the same plot in case of camping reservation. If it does not fit in the assigned space, you will have to hire a space in the reception car park (€ 12 per night / vehicle, subject to availability) or park outside the campsite.
Access hours to the campsite
The vehicle access barriers are closed from 00:00 to 7:00. Access on foot is possible 24 hours a day.
Reception hours
Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. From 22:00 you can check in with the security staff, always with a reservation already confirmed. After 22:00, access to the campsite is NOT allowed without reservation or unregistered people.
Pool
Follow the orders of the staff at all times, the admission conditions are found at the entrance. Children under 10 must access with a responsible adult. It is not allowed to jump headlong or stand up jumping disturbing other users. Inflatables, fins, balls, squirt guns, ... prohibited. Board shorts and bathing suits are allowed (provided the fabric is swimwear specific). It is forbidden to enter the pool enclosure with street clothes and footwear. Failure to comply with the regulations will be grounds for expulsion.
What are the Local Rates?
Local tax not included in the price. From 10/29/21 it is € 0.66 + IVA per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights from 17 years old.
Important: Tourist rates alternate depending on the location of the establishment and its characteristics. The payment of the tourist tax in Catalonia is made per person and unit of stay (day or fraction). A maximum of seven units of stay were established per person, during a continuous period in the same dwelling. That is, if a person stays for 15 nights in the same accommodation; you will only have to pay for seven nights (seven units of stay).
